Aging Is Mandatory!

Hi Everyone!
WOW...the last Saturday of August post over at One Crazy Stamper! Where did August go?? Today I am sharing with you a cute interactive swing card using the Art Impressions stamp set called "Maturing set". I love this set and it would also make a perfect card to give as a group to someone!

I made this swing card with my Silhouette machine and then added the images to the base. This stamp set is perfect for anyone who loves to colour! There is a lot of detail to it and I find it super relaxing when I can just sit and colour!

I am using paper from the Simple Stories "So Rad" collection. I also cut out some balloons and popped up two of them. I attached them to the sentiment that comes in the set with some twine.

The Maturing set  comes with the front and back images and there is a matching die set that makes it super easy to match up your images perfectly!

I used a black gel pen on their eyes and buttons and Crystal Stickles on the balloons.

The Lawn Ranger!

Hi Ai Fans!
Today I am sharing with you the oh so cute Lawn Ranger set from Art Impressions. He's a perfect image to use for a birthday card for that special guy in your life!

I decided on papers from the Echo Park's "A Boy's Life". I used Pretty Pink Posh's  Stitched Borders 3 to cut my image and paper down the middle. I inked up some YNS puffy clouds with Memento Summer Sky ink and added a sun I made using my Silhouette machine. I stamped the sentiment that is included in the set and cut it apart for a little different look this time!

On the inside of my card I am using the sentiment called "Chronologically Gifted". And of course decorated the inside with the leftover paper from cutting my sun. Nothing goes to waste in my craft room LOL.

Shirt & socks: T1
Shorts & hat: YR14, YR16, YR18

Just Hanging Out!

Happy Tuesday!
Well Fall is on it's way and Halloween is right around the corner, so I am getting a head start on my "Halloween Stash"! I just love this little vampire from High Hopes Stamps called "Just Hanging Out". He's just adorable and the Bat is super cute too!

I used some Halloween themed paper from my stash and layered it with green cardstock to match his pants. I used my new Silhouette machine to make the adorable little card base.

Isn't the base so cute! I love how you pull up on the bat for a surprise Halloween greeting! The sentiment is also from High Hopes and is called "Trick or Treat Greeting"!
