Cozy Kittens!

It's Challenge Time!

I mentioned in a previous post that one of my goals for 2016 was to enter into more Challenges and that is exactly what I am doing with this super sweet digital image by From The Heart Stamps! This adorable stamp is called Cozy Kittens
I chose papers from the Echo Park "Blowing Kisses" 6x6 Collection. I started by embossing my bottom 2 pieces of cardstock and then layering Designer paper on top. I cut my image and sentiments from the Cozy Kitten set with my Silhouette machine and offset the images 3x so that I could layer behind them with matching cardstock. Some ribbon, enamel dots and clear Wink of Stella on the scarves finished off my card.
I used one of the sentiment from the set on the inside and cut some hearts from my left over Designer paper.

Copics Used:
Big Kitten: C1, C3, C4, R11
Scarf: R24, R27, RV13, RV14
Little Kitten: C3, C5, C7, C9, R11
Scarf: R24, R37, RV14
Noses: black gel pen
I used a technique on the Kittens fur using a piece of terry washcloth and my colourless blender solution. You sort of dab it on to create some texture on the fur.

I am entering this card in the Challenges over at:
From The Heart Stamps: January digital stamp of the month
Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge: Best Friends
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Create with critters
Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps: Wednesday Challenge Anything Goes

Happy Stamping everyone!

First Haul Video for 2016

Hi Everyone!

Today I wanted to share with you my first Haul video for 2016. I haven't done any haul video's in a while but it's one of my goals for 2016 to do more videos so I'm starting with this one. I must say that not all of my haul is from Canada. I do like to try to shop Canadian and local but I am finding it hard to find things in stock and Michaels's is just priced way out of range for what things are worth.

Thanks for stopping by
Cheri!

P.S. Just wanted to share that a lot of times I originally buy my supplies from the local stores but often when I post my creations they no longer have the item in stock. So to be fair to you guys I will find a link where you can choose to buy from if you want or at least you can look at the item, it's description and price.
